Yes. We work with Xero and are part of the Xero Partner Program.  We can help you set up Xero from scratch or take over an existing file, connecting bank feeds, streamlining reconciliations, and organizing your workflow so your books stay accurate and up to date.  If you’re already using Xero, we’ll clean up what’s messy, optimize your setup, and deliver clear monthly financial reports you can trust.

Our pricing is customized based on your business size, monthly transaction volume, and the level of support you need (monthly bookkeeping, clean-up/catch-up, or tax-season coordination). Clean-Up Projects

Clean-up projects start at $750 for a two-month catch-up (up to 60 transactions/month and two accounts total), including reconciliations, categorization clean-up, and tax-ready financial reports. Pricing increases with months behind, transaction volume, and complexity.  

Clean-up is the reset. Monthly bookkeeping is how we keep it clean.
Most clients choose to continue with a monthly plan after clean-up so the progress we’ve made stays in place and tax season becomes simple moving forward. 

Tax Return pricing is custom and available upon request after a brief consultation.
